He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene "Goose" and Stella Jean McGowen (Hankins). He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsie McGowen of Joplin, MO, Emma McGowen of Fairland, OK and Addison McGowen of Fairland, OK; his brother Dennis McGowen (Kristi) of Joplin, MO; the mother of his children Lisa McGowen of Fairland, OK; his granddaughter Baylor Nelson; his uncle Dick McGowen (Carol) of Miami, OK; and his nieces, Chanci McGowen of Rogers, AR and Payton Hoffner of Chesterfield, MO..
