She is survived by: her parent Hazel Lowe (Reed); her spouse Cecile Ray Russell; and her children, Jack Russell (Mary) of Joplin, Steven Russell of Georgia, Karen Clingan (Buyrl) of Webb City, Patricia Anderson of Carl Junction and Dixie Barila of Joplin. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and two sisters.
