We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020, at the age of 80, Lottie Rowell of Joplin, Missouri, born in Carthage, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Rowell; her son Harold Dodgen; and her siblings, Mary Shore, William, Fred and Bob Cook.
She is survived by: her pet Chloe; her children, Kathy Ebersold of Maysville, Christopher Freemyer (Mary) of Oxford and Emelia Latty (Bryan) of Joplin; and her siblings, Edna Towle of Joplin, Violet Bishop of Reeds Spring, Shirley Hoover of Lathrop, Missouri, Harold Cook of Marshfield and Henry Cook. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
