She was predeceased by: her father Reggie Thomas; her son David Zane Darnell; and her brothers, Terry Thomas and Tom Fullerton. She is survived by: her spouse Zane Darnell; her daughter Lacey Darnell; her mother Esther Thomas Jamison (Larry); her siblings, Tony Thomas (Christie), Tracy Thomas (Janie), Tim Thomas (Sandy), Teresa Diener (Bud) and Chris Henson (Mark); her adoptive daughter Julie Hadley; her aunt Barbara Barger; and her uncle Ed Thomas.
