She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmon Lowery and Viola Lowery (Cramer); her husband Harry Pickens; her children, Allen Pickens, Harry Pickens Jr., Tony Pickens and Karen Vailes; and her siblings, Eddie Lowery, James Lowery, Lee Lowery, Harold Lowery, Jack Lowery, Francis Coonfield, Ruby Griffin and Melvina Watkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Vernon Pickens of Joplin, Harold Pickens of Joplin and James Pickens (Bonnie) of Diamond; and her grandchildren, Cheryl Paugh (John) of Joplin, Timmy Tolson of Joplin, Adam Eubanks (Alice) of Carl Junction, Doug Eubanks of Joplin and Crystal Eubanks of Joplin. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and multiple great-great-grandchildren.
