Lois Pauline Kochenower Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2022, at the age of 91, Lois Pauline Kochenower in Joplin, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carroll Turrentine and Minnie Clara Atwell Turrentine; her former spouse Gene Henry Hutsler; her sisters, Doris Louise Turrentine and Florence Schubert; her grandson Matthew Brisco; and her sons-in-law, Morris Brisco and Dennis McGoffin.
She is survived by: her spouse Glen Vernon Kochenower; her daughters, Virginia Ann Brisco of Kinston, NC, Barbara Joyce (Tony Brunette), Carol Jo McGoffin of Clinton, OK and Michelle Lynn (Justin Wingo); her sister Geraldine Thompson; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann (Dan Owens), Shelly Brunette of Moore, OK, Kristen (Jon Waldrop), Scot Brunette (Monica Morrill), Joshua McGoffin of Clinton, OK, Dakota Wingo of Kansas City, MO, Ethan Wingo of Aurora, CO and Jayden Wingo of Carl Junction, MO; and her great grandchildren, Anna Laura Owens, Zachary Owens, Bradley McGoffin, Wyatt Waldrop and Kaden Waldrop. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Lois requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
