He is survived by: his daughter Patti Judy of Joplin; his granddaughter Ashley Cook (Scott) of Bella Vista; his great grandchildren, Brayden Cook and Brooklynn Cook; and his siblings, Lynnie Frossard (Laura) of Seneca, Missouri, Kenda Henson (Randy) of Joplin and Shirley Evans of Joplin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
