He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ditto and Fern Ditto; his siblings, Imogene Holloway, Roberta Duckstein, Harold and Carl Ditto; and his nephew Dennis Ditto.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Murray; his son John (Sara); his stepsons, Scott Belden (Judy) and Russ Belden; and his nieces, Donna Cupp (Steve) and Brenda Hol.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Joplin Humane Society.
