She was predeceased by: her father Delbert Toumberlin; her husband Bud Fowler; and her brother Teddy Toumberlin. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Toumberlin (Axline) of Ottawa; her former husband David Burgoon; her children, David Burgoon Jr. of Auburn and Cassie Webb of Bismarck; her stepchildren, Nancy Pace of Wyoming and Tony Fowler of Utah; and her siblings, Reita Welton of Ottawa, Neita Marvin of Ottawa, Charles Toumberlin of Quenemo, Peggy Mason of Uniontown, Richard Toumberlin of Sioux Falls and Cindy Bell of Joplin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
