She was predeceased by: her parent Mary Ann Mullis. She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Preston of Fresno, CA, Teresa Greene of Joplin and Ana Hurst of Bolivar; her children, Jason Evans of Lee's Summit, Jennifer Renee Evans of Joplin and Max Evans of Lee's Summit; and her grandsons, Jason II and Max III. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
