She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Donna Mills and Robert Fowler; her cousin James Bing; her great-grandparent Madge Fowler; and her great-aunt Billie Yancey.
She is survived by: her parents, James "Gabe" Fowler (Loretta Dudgeon) of St. Joe and Bonnie Jean Mills (Darin Chiodo) of Joplin, MO; her siblings, Ianna J. Reyes (Manuel Reyes), Robert Fowler (Haley Phillips), Avery Stacy, Jacob Dudgeon and Andrew Haldeman; her nephews, Jibril Fowler, Manny Reyes and Vincent Reyes; and her grandparents, Lorraine Fowler of St. Joe and Tom Mills of Decatur, AR. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended relatives and many dear friends.
