He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Watts and Juanita Sparlin Watts; his close friend Mabel Lorene Lowery; his son Ricky Watts; his brothers, Ted Watts and Dee Watts; his sister-in-law Joann Watts; his sister Pansy Pruitt; and his granddaughter Mabel Irene Lowery.
He is survived by: his son Steven Lowery (Amanda); his daughter-in-law Celeste Watts; and his sister-in-law Ruth Watts. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
