He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Lay. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Riley; his children, Joseph Lay (Tammie) of Independence, Patrick Lay (Tricia) of New York and Julie Lay of Joplin; and his brothers, Jerry Lay (Phyllis) of Southern Oklahoma, Jimmy Lay (Tammy) of Bartlesville and Bobby Lay (Debra) of Rockport, Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
