He was predeceased by: his father Lester Lewis King, Jr.; and his sister Gail Ostrom. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Lea Morrison; his wife Sandy King; his sister Peggy King of Louisville, Kentucky; and his mother Betty King of Joplin.
