He is survived by: his daughter Heather Kathrens of Seoul; his sister Rita Ball of Joplin; his aunt Earlene Doke of Joplin; his nephew Jason Mulkey (Alisha); his nieces, Jill Mulkey (Jamie Black), Charity Hendrickson and Rachel Harris (James); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah, Grace, Evona, Diane Hendrickson, Sidney Cheever (James) and Shelby Frias (Leo); his cousins, Gary Doke (Pam) and Paul Gourley; his close friends, Oray Leger and Todd Anderson; and also, Sloane, Ollie, Gwyneth, Evelyn, Eleanor, Savannah Baker, Eliazar, Nyielle, Norma and Leeana.
