He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillian Coffman Moffett and Clyde Moffett; his sister-in-law Mary Blankenship of Salem; his brothers, Charles "Bud" Fullerton and Don Moffett (Tonia) of Granby; his cousin Bill Starns of Roseburg; his foster sister Imo Sharman of Carlsbad; and his close friends, Joe Charleston of Tulsa, David Pizinger and Regina Sorensen.

Memorial contributions may be made to Watered Gardens or to the Glorious Church in memory of Leonard and may be entrusted to the mortuary.
