She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel B. Fry and Pauline Fry (Casteel); and her sisters, Betty King and Eva Louis Matthews. She is survived by: her husband Ed Butler; her sons, Jason Perrin (Patricia) and Josh Perrin (Holly); her stepsons, Brian Butler, Eric Butler and Justin Butler; her grandchildren, Aydan Perrin, Ava Perrin, Meghan Perrin and Matthew Perrin; her stepgrandchildren, Dillon Jones, Cailey Woznick, Addyson Butler, Kamdyn Butler, Maggie Wampler, Carson Wampler and Lyla Wampler; and her sisters, Leota Viergiver and Vonda Hassab (Victor).
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
