She is survived by: her friends, JC and Basketball; her children, Nancy Sapp of Dodge City, Kansas and David Hayes (Carol) of Lufkin, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael Sapp (Heather) of Tampa, Julie Purin (Peter) of Shawnee, Kimberly Griggs (Cory) of Amarillo, Jennifer Krusing (Mike) of Lubbock, Greg Hayes (Melissa) of Plano and Melissa Crager (Brian) of Lufkin, Texas; and also Leah. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; cousins and the many friends.
