He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Kost of Joplin, Judy Phillips (Gary) of Joplin and Linda Setser of Joplin; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Kost (Cindy), Jane Autry (Steve), Scott Phillips (Marlene), Steve Phillips (Kelly), Kelli Lawson (Mike), Lance Phillips and Brad Conger (Melissa).
