He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Hoffman and Margie Viola Hoffman (Ammons); his brother Jerry Dale Hoffman; and his son Gill Hockett. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hoffman (Rabourn); his children, Jerry Hoffman of Oronogo, Jimmy Hoffman of Marshall, Lisha McRae (Adam) of Carl Junction and Travis Perry of Joplin; his grandchildren, Ryan McRae (Linze), Lauren McRae, Chaz McRae, Shelby Perry, Seth Perry (Mirana) and Walker Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Azalea McRae, Eve McRae, Coen and Bexley Cribb-Perry.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital care of Parker Mortuary.
