He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Smith. He is survived by: his father P. E. Smith of Webb City, Missouri; and his siblings, Wayne Smith (Gay) of Webb City, Eric Smith (Serena) of Osceola, Missouri and Cande Jameson (Bruce) of Pittsburg, Kansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are being directed to the Webb City High School Scholarship Fund c/o the funeral home.
