He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson, Jr. and Erma Johnson (Fikes); his spouse Shelly Johnson (Hutchins); his children, Kenny J. Johnson, Travis Johnson (Alex) and Cassie Bishop (Scott); his grandchildren, Devin Johnson, Adalynn Johnson, Cooper Johnson, Tucker Johnson, Kolton Johnson, Brooke Bishop, Karli Bishop and Aubree Bishop; and his sister Darla House (Vince). He is also survived by his parents and several extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
