He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Couch and Evelyn Couch (Mayo); and his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Koelzer and Willard "Bud" Couch. He is survived by: his children, Camille "Camie" Schultz (Jeff) of Webb City and Farrah Howard; his grandsons, Nathan Schultz (Kelsey) of Joplin, Jacob Schultz of Webb City and Andrew Knapp of St. Louis; and his siblings, Gail Smallwood (Jerry) of Joplin, Carol "Joanie" Carlton (Dwain) of Carthage and Ken Reed (Cindy) of Salem, OR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
