She is survived by: her mother Earlene Hulshizer of Williford; her brother David Hulshizer (Connie) of Cedar Rapids; her sons, Chad Sleep (Missy) of Bella Vista and Jason Sleep (Michelle Massey) of Joplin, MO.; her grandchildren, Dylan, Ava and Makinlei; and her great grandchild Ziva.
