She was predeceased by: her father Donald Ray Anderson; and her brother-in-law John Michael "Mickey" Boles, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Kelsey Hook; her mother Joyce Anderson; her siblings, Mary Boles and David Anderson (Kelly); and her nieces and nephews, Tina McAfee (Brad), Michael Boles, Jeff Boles (Alison), Jessica Morey (Caleb), Hannah Aldridge (Jonathan) and Holly Bennet (Paden). She is also survived by 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
