She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Tedder and Dorothy Tedder (Burke). She is survived by: her husband Charles E. "Chuck" Whaley; her son Craig Whaley; her sister Karen Cummings; her niece Kathy Sparrow; and her nephews, Jeff Barnett and Justin Barnett. She is also survived by several extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the mortuary.
