She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wayne Goff and Rose Irene Goff (Sullivan); her son Rusty Stark; and her brother Philip Goff. She is survived by: her husband Glenn A. Stark; her sons, Rick Alan Stark (Karol) of Eunice and Jason Wade Stark (Krista) of Webb City, MO; her grandchildren, Nickolas Stark of Columbia, MO, Reannon Stark of Webb City, James Stark of Webb City and Jadeyn Stark of Webb City; her great grandchild Mykah Stark of Webb City; and her brother Ronald Goff (Ruthe) of Lawrence, KS. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
