He is survived by: his father Kenneth Dean Howey; his daughters, Julia Haney (Kreg), Poteau and Madelyn Bullard; his siblings, Kenneth Michael Howey (Jennifer), Kurtis Howey and Shawnda Erickson of Baxter Springs, KS; his grandfather Paul Howey (Janie); his uncle Roger Bullard (Brita); and his cousins, Lauren Stroud (Doyle) and Morgan Bullard.
