Monzel (Steve) of Salisbury, MD, Joseph M. Ogle of Tulsa, OK, Kathryn A. Ogle of Kearney, MO and Donna S. McNutt (Mike Zimmerman) of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to St. Judes.
