He was predeceased by: his parents, Mossie Noe and Joseph Noe; his siblings, Lucille Mannuzza, Phyllis Noe and Johnnie Davis; and his nephew David Martin.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara; his siblings, Katherine Craig and Victor Ruiz (Christine); and his nieces and nephews, Nelson, Keith, Wayne, Ryan, Marcus, Adam, Walter, Johnnie (Davis), Joseph, Julian, Justin, Joshua, Melisa and Michelle.
