He was predeceased by: his parents, Les Green and Rosa Green (Pedigo); his wife Janetta Lou Anderson; his brother Fred Green; and his daughter Barbara Ann Green.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Green, Palmer Green, Melissa Cox and Midge Tripp. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
