John Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Cook (Joplin, Missouri), who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Cook and Ina Marie Cook (Rosebrough); and his siblings, George, James, Hal Cook and Bertha Barnes.
He is survived by: his spouse Theao Cook; his sons, Michael J. Cook (Brenda) of Carl Junction and Mitchell J. Cook (Sabrina) of Joplin; his grandchildren, Shane Cook, Trampes Cook, Shannon Irwin and Brandee Read; and his siblings, Bob Cook of Carl Junction, Wendell Cook of Yuba City, California, Mary Walker of Lamar and Velma McBride of Carthage, Missouri. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are being directed to the Immanuel Lutheran Church c/o the mortuary.
