He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Sanders and Helen Sanders (McDonald). He is survived by: his wife Cyndee Sanders of Joplin; his daughter Jessica Tygart (Anthony) of Tulsa; his grandson Eli Tygart of Tulsa; his brother Jim Sanders of Siloam Springs; and his niece Jamie Spradling (Jon) of Little Rock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and may be entrusted to the mortuary.
