She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo August Budzisch and Jean Barbara Budzisch (Konkol); and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her sister Jeanne Lachowicz of Phoenix; her children, Christopher Belk (Melissa) of Joplin and Jennifer Belk of Joplin; her grandchildren, Evan Belk (Dayzah) and Hannah Belk; her great grandchild Arlo Belk; and her pet Lucy.
