He was predeceased by: his parents, George Millard and Ethel Millard; and his siblings, Virginia and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Millard; his sons, Jeff (Carol) and Todd (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Katie (Ronnie), Courtney Megan (Josh) and Hank; and his great grandchildren, Brock, Brooklyn, Will and Eliza.
