He is survived by: his siblings, Leoma Michael of Purdy and Geral "Les" of Neosho; his son Randy of Baxter Springs, Kansas.; his wife Marilyn Messer Smith; his friend Church; his former wife Bernice; his brother Dewey D. Shirley of Prescott; and his sons, Jimmie "Jim" Alan (Linda), Anthony "Tony" of Baxter Springs, Kenny (Robin Smith) and Donny Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
