He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle D. Palmer and Virginia Palmer (Garbacz). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Palmer (Vangel); his daughters, Gabby Martin (Cody) of Aurora and Ashley Palmer of Columbia, Missouri; his grandson Liam Martin; his brother Mike Palmer (Diane); his nephew Christopher (Kendra) of Rogers, Arkansas; and his niece Christa Palmer of Rogers, Arkansas. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Angel Fund at Diamond Schools or the Care to Learn Program at Monett Schools care of Parker Mortuary.
