He is survived by: his wife Greta McVay; his children, Erin McMullen (Jeff) of Joplin and Samantha Fowler (Steve) of Webb City; his grandchildren, Daniel Judy of Joplin, Jessie McMullen of Joplin, Matthew McMullen of Denver and Hannah Woodcock of Springfield; and his sister Darlene Kinzie of Arkansas City.
