He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Woody and Offa Woody; his siblings, Ron, Burr and Sis; and his wife Bonnie.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis, Lori, David, Lana and Christol; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Brandi, Mason, Ellie and Max. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be sent to the Mason-Woodard mortuary in Joplin, MO.
