Jerry Douglas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2019, at the age of 83, Jerry Douglas (Joplin, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Douglas and Lucille Dalton; his siblings, Patricia Bryant and Johnny Bob Douglas; and his stepmother Julia Elizabeth Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Christie Douglas, Seneca, Lesa Holland (Bob) and Jamie Stipp (Dan); his grandchildren, Abbey Beale (Brad), Summit, Josh Jordan, Callie Lankford (Aubrey), Seneca, Addie Stipp, Micah Stipp and Wil Stipp; his great grandchildren, Grace, Jager, Lily and Bella; and his brother Don Douglas (Janelle). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan's Purse, in care of Parker Mortuary.
