She was predeceased by: her niece Sydnee Humphries; and her grandparents, Billy, Earlene Humphries, Claudie and Doris Ramey.
She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Carl Humphries and Shirley Diane Ramey; her children, Steven Tyler Smith and Sarah Nicole Smith; and her brothers, Scotty Lee Humphries (Brittany), Johnny Carl Humphries Jr. (Ashley) and Patrick Earl Humphries (Masharah). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
