She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. Maye and Marie Lamberta Maye; her significant other Larry; her siblings, Therese Koester and George Maye; and her grandsons, Joseph Pekarek and Matthew Fox.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Pekarek; her children, Joseph A. Pekarek (Linda) of Osceola, MO, Thomas E. Pekarek (Janice) of Joplin, Timothy A. Pekarek of St Louis, Daniel A. Pekarek (Ann) of Joplin, Susan R. Jones of Webb City and Andrew G. Pekarek (Sarah) of Eagle Rock, MO; her grandson Michael Pekarek (Kristina) of Missoula, MT.; and her sister Ann Davis (Duane) of Neosho, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews as well as 14 great-grandchildren.
