He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jay D, Margaret Hawkins, Donald and Jane Yost; and his father-in-law Martin O'Toole.
He is survived by: his parents, Jock Yost and Pam Yost; his wife Annie (O'Toole); his child Joplin; his mother-in-law Joy O'Toole (Joplin); his brothers, Jonas (Erin) and Donald Yost; and his sister-in-law Kelly (Josh). He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, two great nieces and one great nephew as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers or food memorial donations can be made to the family GoFundMe, which will be used to support Kellen and Caroline.
