He is survived by: his mother Donna Cruzan of Tulsa; his daughter Abigail Lee McGuirk of Joplin; his sister Krystal Danner of Independence; his nieces, Mackenzie Danner and Madison Danner; and his grandfather Jerry S. McGuirk of Webb City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
