He was predeceased by: his sons, Scott Lee and Timothy Wade. He is survived by: his wife Molly Smith; his children, Dusty Smith (Terri) of Owasso and Becky Cupp of Kansas City, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Dalton, Preston, Chandler, Logan (Sara), Jarrod and Elise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Samaritan's Purse in care of the mortuary.
