He is survived by: his children, Susan Owens (Mike) of Van Alstyne, Texas, Mitch Ellis of Joplin, Todd Ellis (Dianne) of Joplin, David Ellis (Tammy) of Duenweg Mo and Stephen Ellis of Joplin. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
