He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Lena Arnold (Shepard); and his sister Marsha Arnold. He is survived by: his children, Darren Gallup (Kara) of Lockwood, MO, Laurie Mitchell (Clay), Alma Ladouceur (Troy) and Karren Phillips (Jeremy Hood). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
