He is survived by: his sons, Michael Ingham (Jennifer) of Pella and Jon Ingham (Elizabeth) of Joplin, Missouri; his brothers, Jim Ingham of Phoenix and Richard Kromher of Lincoln, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Jill Ingham, Maggie Ingham, Bridget Ingham and Brendan Ingham; and his great grandchildren, Aidan Ingham, Ava Lydic, Claire Ingham and Colten Lydic.
