She was predeceased by: her parents, Caryll "Karo" Rains and Lelia Rains (Fisher); and her siblings, C. L. "Salty" Rains, John Rains and Marie Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Coons; and her friend Dean. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
