She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; and her siblings, Norman, Dewey and Earl. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Slankard (Jill), Seneca and David Slankard; her stepchildren, Ron Hight (Melanie), Joplin, Lanny Hight (Tammy), Neosho, Cynthia Lea (David) and Monett; and her siblings, Evelyn, Cindy, Sid, Norma, Tina, Debbie, Alfred and Goldie. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
